I am currently working as a therapist and life coach out of my offices in Fairfield & Greenwhich,CT.  I  work with individuals, couples and families. I am  especially passionate about working with women struggling with life transitions, parenting difficulties and relationship issues. I take a very individualized approach to my work as a therapist and use strategies from many different therapy modalities tailoring it to clients needs.  I am extensively trained in Psychodynamic and Family Systems work.  My coaching style is also tailored to the individual needs of my clients helping them to set goals and break down barriers.
